This heritage continues today, with skilled Polish artisans individually crafting and decorating each piece by hand using sponges to apply intricate patterns and colors. After a meticulous process involving ingredient mixing, pottery molding, decoration application, and glazing, the pottery undergoes a double firing process. This labor-intensive technique ensures the pottery’s durability, resistance to cracking and chipping, and safety for use in microwaves, dishwashers, ovens, and freezers.
