One of the key features of the J-Pro is its versatility – the base of the carrier has a rectangular ‘cutout’ that accommodates square cross bars, but this ‘cutout’ does not affect the fit or function of the carriers when installed on round or oval-shaped cross bars, making it compatible with most roof racks.

To ensure a secure and customized fit, all Malone carriers come with two lengths of installation hardware (hex bolts), allowing customers to choose the best fit for their specific cross bars. We recommend retaining the unused set of hardware for future use with a different vehicle or cross bars. Additional features include 11′ load straps and safety tie-downs, assembled and packaged in the USA, Lifetime Warranty, and compact dimensions – 16” x 6” x 16.5” high, with a weight of 11.5 lb and a load capacity of 75 lb.
