Painter’s Touch 2X Ultra Cover Primer Spray is designed for use on a variety of indoor and outdoor surfaces. 2X Ultra Cover is formulated to offer two times the coverage when compared to other Rust-Oleum general purpose paints and covers surfaces in fewer spray passes, allowing faster and easier project completion. Using a primer promotes top coat adhesion and helps to prevent chipping, cracking and peeling.
